Part II: Commissioned or out of commission?
Have you ever considered taking a God's eye view at every person that you deal with on a daily basis?
Perhaps if we would, our focus of attitudes could be defined by whether or not we begin to feel the compassion for people such as He feels. Our lives must be a witness to the people around us in order for us to be an effective influence for the Kingdom of God.
Do you have a fear of witnessing for Jesus?
I once had a vision of a "bummy looking" man sitting on a park bench while I past buy resisting the prompting of the Holy Spirit to witness to him. At once the scripture in Isaiah 51:12 spoke to me that says; "Who are you that you are afraid of man who dies."
Then the Lord said to me," He is a man that will die and why fear as you do to speak to him about Me?
The vision is still vivid in my memory.
Before I was a Christian, I was not a very good person, and was not contributing much to society. Somehow, God used a married couple to look at me with that God's eye view and seen that I was someone that they knew that God could restore. I was a mess and I certainly would not have picked me for a prospect to become anything for the Kingdom of God.
Today, give someone a second look and reach out with the love of Jesus and be the light to the world you were created to be, if indeed you are walking in His light.
You can read my personal testimony along with many other subjects I have confronted in my new book entitled "Are You Saved or Deceived? Available on Amazon or check out my bookstore at www.newbirthcup.com, where I have it displayed on the front page of my store. It will be a great tool for witnessing, and after you read it you will just know who to pass it on to.
